Publication Standards
Please remember, Windy City Publishers is committed to a level of quality that will contribute to the overall probability of success for the books that we do choose to publish. This does not mean that if your book is not chosen for publication that you can’t be successful. It just isn’t the right title for us and we encourage you to keep trying.
Genres/Sub-Genres
Windy City Publishers not only understands that there are many types of genres and sub-genres, but that new sub-genres are being invented all the time. It is important for the author to realize that a broad genre can benefit you in the general marketplace. But just as critical, writing for a specific niche allows more targeted marketing to maximize sales.
